Salary: $100,000-$105,000 + 20% Cash Bonus + 20% Equity Bonus

What You'll Do

As Site Manager, you'll lead all aspects of operations for our Coupeville location, including:

  • Overseeing personnel needs-hiring, coaching, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Managing customer relationships and partnering with local municipalities to ensure top-notch service and secure contract renewals.
  • Driving safety and compliance with DOT, OSHA, and environmental regulations.
  • Developing and implementing efficient processes to maximize safety, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Creating and monitoring budgets, analyzing P&L performance, and improving ROI.
  • Setting short- and long-term goals in collaboration with your Division VP.
  • Managing facility maintenance, fleet maintenance, Customer Service, and Operations.
  • Defining and executing market strategies to grow the business.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 5+ years managing in a dynamic, people-driven environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
    • Intermediate to advanced MS Excel and business systems proficiency.
  • Other:
    • Ability to travel regularly and relocate for future promotional opportunities.
