Pay Details The Trump Kennedy Center strives to design equitable compensation programs. The projected pay range for this position is $78,000 - $87,000 per year, commensurate with experience, and includes a comprehensive benefits package. This is the targeted range of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting. This range may be modified in the future. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, and experience as it relates to the position qualifications and responsibilities. Job Description The Trump Kennedy Center's Planned Giving office is a dynamic team that is entering a period of exciting team growth and strategic development. The Manager of Planned Giving is responsible for ensuring the intentions of donors are fulfilled through direct oversight of the bequest administration process: working directly with estate attorneys, personal representatives, financial institutions, and the Kennedy Center general counsel and finance offices to evaluate and realize bequests. The Manager also owns their own planned giving portfolio and serves as a liaison for frontline colleagues to serve as a resource and representative of the Office of Planned Giving. Key Responsibilities Bequest administration: evaluate and process gifts received through estate, trust, annuity, or other deferred giving:
Portfolio Management and frontline support: cultivate leads in a portfolio and assist frontline fundraising teams:
Marketing and Events: support the communications and event strategies of the Planned Giving Team:
