The Sleep Center at Memorial is seeking an ARNP or PA for a full-time role in sleep medicine. Join a collaborative team of APPs and Physicians in our growing program!

Position Summary

The sleep medicine advance practice provider (APP) evaluates and manages adult patients with sleep-related disorders in outpatient settings. This role includes longitudinal management of sleep apnea and other sleep-wake disorders, and collaboration with sleep physicians, referring providers and sleep technologists. The APP supports a systemwide effort to expand access to evidence-based, hide-quality sleep care across the region.Responsibilities
*Diagnose and manage adult sleep disorders including obstructive and central sleep apnea, insomnia, restless leg syndrome, parasomnias, and hypersomnia.
*Be familiar with and order diagnostic studies including polysomnography, home sleep testing, and titration studies.
*Provide outpatient consultations and ongoing management of complex sleep conditions.
*Coordinate care with primary care, ENT, pulmonary, neurology, and behavioral health providers as needed.
*Initiate and manage positive airway pressure therapies and troubleshoot adherence or tolerance issues.
*Contribute to clinical protocols, quality improvement, and sleep program development and quality adherence.
*Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, and follow-up recommendations clearly and timely in the EHR
*Collaborate with DME providers, respiratory therapist, and technologist to ensure hide-quality device support.
*Demonstrate professionalism, clinical leadership, and collaboration and delivering sleep medicine services.
Requirements
*Graduate of an accredited Advanced Nursing program or an accredited Physician Assistant program
*National board certification as a Nurse Practitioner in Adult-Gerontology Acute Care or National certification as a PA-C
*Unrestricted nursing license or physician assistant medical license (or ability to obtain) in Washington State.
*DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
*Current BLS and ACLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $152,400.00 - $156,600.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
