RPM works closely with various departments to configure, deploy and support the initial PACS installation and to maintain and support PACS on an ongoing basis.

Radiology PACS Manager (RPM) will have daily contact with employees with varying levels of computer sophistication, and in responding to requests for guidance, RPM must listen carefully to the customers, ask questions to diagnose the nature of the problem, and then determine the best approach to resolving the problem.
