DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In the capacity of Management Analyst 1, your primary responsibilities will include serving as a support resource for the Agency Open Records Officer (AORO). This role entails providing essential analytical and technical assistance within the Department's Records Management program. You will be involved in various tasks related to the storage and retrieval of records, ensuring that the processes are efficient and compliant with relevant regulations. Additionally, you will engage in other related duties that contribute to the overall effectiveness of the records management system, thereby playing a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and accessibility of the agency's records. - Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time up to 3 days per week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. Additional details may be provided during the interview.
- Salary: selected candidates who are new to employment with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $51,971.00 (before taxes).

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year of experience as an Administration and Management Trainee (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration) performing technical management analysis work; or
- One year of experience in technical management analysis work, and a bachelor's degree; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
Other Requirements:
- This particular position requires the possession of an active non-commercial Pennsylvania Class C Driver's License or equivalent.

- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
