DESCRIPTION

The Product & Design Team is seeking a talented QA Designer to help us ensure development builds achieve the design intent and adhere to visual specifications for software products across both native and third party platforms. We're looking for a technically proficient, critical thinker with a trained eye for design details who would like to play a key role in ensuring the beauty and excellence of software.

This individual will advocate for adoption of design interaction patterns and unit standards, and will be expected to raise visual inconsistencies to the greater design team. This role requires technical and design knowledge across a broad range of products to protect visual UI integrity throughout the ecosystem.

To be successful, this role will require ongoing, open collaboration with cross-functional teams from Engineering, Product Design, Editorial, and Production to understand the products from all angles - including limitations that may have been originally overlooked during the design process. This individual must be extremely organized and meticulous, with an ability to recognize workflow inefficiencies and a strong desire to improve them.
