**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 3-5 years of professional design experience within the beauty, fragrance, or fashion industry.

* A profound passion for design, coupled with impeccable production skills.

* Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining self-motivation and meeting deadlines.

* Exceptional attention to detail and a meticulous approach to design quality.
