Position Title: General Labor
Wage: $18.60-$19.60/hour Shift: 2nd Hours: 4:30pm-3am Build a career in manufacturing! We're seeking motivated, dependable team members for a General Labor role in Darien, WI. Bilingual employees needed, no experience is necessary. Training is provided with opportunities for growth. This is an associate to hire opportunity. General Labor Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Operate brake and turret press machines in accordance with instructions and safety procedures - Perform routine quality checks on machines and finished parts throughout the shift - Conduct precision smoothing, polishing, and grinding of stainless steel components - Read and interpret blueprints and work orders to ensure accurate manufacturing of products General Labor Requirements: - Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment - Lift up to 75lbs with partner if needed - Able to withstand a hot environment - Some industrial experience is preferred - Understand verbal and written instructions given by supervisor in English - Basic math skills - Able to read and understand a blueprint to measure parts for accuracy QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
