Job DescriptionWe are seeking a high-impact AI Strategy & Business Operations Consultant to serve as a strategic right hand to the VP and Senior Directors of Command Center Product. In this role, you will act as a bridge between high-level business strategy and technical execution. You will not just document processes; you will re-architect them for an AI-native future. Your mandate is to identify high-leverage opportunities where AI automation (Agents, LLMs, Predictive Ops) can fundamentally accelerate our product velocity and operational efficiency. You will bring a "consulting toolkit"-structured problem solving, executive communication, and data-driven analysis-combined with a technical passion for Generative AI and automation. You will lead the charge in identifying, documenting, and implementing automation opportunities across our AI operational landscape. You will act as the key analyst and product owner for internal automation projects, focused on increasing velocity and reducing manual toil for our engineering and operations teams. You will map current-state processes, define the requirements for "Gems" (internal automation tools/scripts), and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure these solutions are built, tested, and adopted, directly contributing to the maturity of our AI operations. Target Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 USD #LI-RS1 Basic RequirementsBachelor's Degree with 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager/Business Operations, demonstrating an ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
