Regional Sales Manager

As a Regional Sales Manager at the Pittsburgh Paints Company, you will implement our strategy that inspires sales excellence and delivers sales growth. You will lead a team of PPC Store employees and Account Development Managers who support the PPC Business.

The Regional Sales Manager will work remotely in the Bay Area and this will be a remote role with travel throughout California.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and manage PPC Paints Stores as well as sales representatives with a team of up to seven direct reports and 30 indirect reports.
• Identify important partner relationships in effort to build strategic account partnerships and defined programs - emphasis is to improve share and revenue potential with a goal of supply exclusivity by building sales agreements.
• Develop and implement the profit plan for the assigned region and ensure that profit and sales goals are met.
• Analyze main performance metrics to ensure the region achieves goals.
• Collaborate with your team functions to provide field feedback on performance issues and customer requirements.
• Lead a team of outside sales members by implementing sales strategies and processes to engage current and new customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years proven experience managing a team and demonstrated experience selling success; 8+ years of selling experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with CRM software tools, sales analytics, and territory reporting.
• Travel within the entire state is required.
