JOB SUMMARY:

Our mental health therapists conduct assessments and provide therapeutic services to youth and families participating in agency programs as well as referrals from a variety of sources (i.e. physicians, courts, schools, social service agencies, etc.) in our outpatient mental health clinics. These services will be delivered in individual, family and group situations.

We are looking to hire either a fully licensed therapist, or those currently working to obtain the hours necessary for full licensure. Pre-licensed therapists are welcome to apply, and we provide the supervision necessary for licensure and also provide our licensed therapists additional group supervision time for collaboration and support. Our part-time therapists are paid hourly for all hours worked.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF OUR MENTAL HEALTH THERAPIST:

• Interview and evaluate children and families to complete the intake process.
• Assess the therapeutic needs of clients and complete formal assessments.
• Formulate, implement, evaluate, and review client treatment plans.
• Provide psychotherapy in accordance with treatment plans.
• Demonstrate knowledge and skill in addressing family system, mental health, parenting, and alcohol/drug issues through individual, family, or group counseling.
• Provide thorough and accurate updates on clients and make appropriate recommendations in regular and special staffings.
• Coordinate services and maintain communication with all service providers involved with the clients.

LOCATION: This position is within our Kenosha Clinic and would include both in person and remote/telehealth sessions.

SCHEDULE: The schedule for all Mental Health Therapist positions is part-time and flexible. Hours will vary from 8:00am-6:00pm and will require after school or evening hours to accommodate client and family schedules.

• All applicants must possess a Master's Degree and licensure to provide therapy in the State of Wisconsin.
• Must possess a Wisconsin LPC, LPC-IT, APSW, or LCSW or be eligible to obtain one.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
