As part of this transformation, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Execution & Excellence to help design, operationalize, and scale the execution system that underpins our vertical strategy across the Americas region (AMS). This role is ideal for a top-tier consulting manager or a strategic operator with strong problem-solving, operating model design, and cross-functional leadership experience. You will work directly with the VP of Solutions Growth & Execution and serve as a thought partner in shaping how AMS plans, executes, measures, and continuously improves against its commercial priorities. You will build the operating rhythm for vertical execution, coordinate KPI governance across AMS commercial and innovation functions, run regional Ops Reviews, and represent AMS in pre- and post-deal commercial integration efforts. The role requires a blend of structured thinking, practical execution, analytical rigor, and strong stakeholder leadership. Why This Role Matters
Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $120,000 - $170,000 annually, plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant's experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
