Position Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide on-site occupational health support in a manufacturing environment where chemicals are processed. This temporary role requires strong clinical expertise, effective communication, and collaboration with site leadership and third-party medical partners to support employee health and safety.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and support on-site physical examinations for employees
* Manage and assist with respirator fit testing programs
* Collaborate and communicate effectively with site managers and leadership teams
* Attend and participate in site staff meetings
* Coordinate and communicate with third-party medical partners (ProActive)
* Provide occupational health support as needed in a manufacturing/industrial environment
* Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to employee health services
* Be available for on-call support, including weekends, when not on site

Required Qualifications
* Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California
* Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including site managers and external partners
* Experience or comfort working in a manufacturing environment where chemicals are processed
* Ability to walk long distances between buildings and maintain mobility throughout the workday
* Strong organizational and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications
* Bilingual in Spanish

* Must be able to work on-site and respond to on-call needs as required
