Maintenance Technician - Irvine, CA Pay: $27.00 per hour Schedule: Flexible shifts between 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM Job Type: Full-Time Job Overview We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to support equipment assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting within a medical device manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates with mechanical experience who are comfortable working with tools, equipment, and automated systems. Key Responsibilities Assemble, test, repair, and maintain equipment and electromechanical systems Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures Read and interpret drawings and work instructions Perform equipment setup, preventive maintenance, and inspections Troubleshoot mechanical issues and assist with root cause analysis Support installation and startup of new automation equipment Perform basic electrical troubleshooting Document maintenance activities using computer-based systems Communicate effectively and work independently with attention to detail Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1-3 years of hands-on experience using hand tools (manufacturing, construction, HVAC, automotive, or maintenance experience preferred) Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) Ability to read, write, and communicate in English Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance; 401(k); HSA; commuter benefits; Employee Assistance Program (EAP); AD&D insurance; and employee discounts.
