Job Summary The Senior Business & Clinical Intelligence Project Manager is responsible for leading cross functional teams in order to deliver superior customer-centric solutions. The Sr PM should demonstrate an understanding for complex ideas, attentive listening and clear written and verbal communication at all organizational levels. The Sr PM should also demonstrate leadership qualities by leading a project team through the phases of a project, take responsibility for any obstacles, and make sure that these problems are resolved. This position also fulfills a customer facing role in which she/he manages the customer relationship by building and maintaining a level of trust with the customer, serves as a customer advocate by committing to meet the expectations of the customer, and offers guidance and support in analyzing and solving customer problems. This role requires the ability to: act independently as needed, provide leadership in delivering results for the organization and managing limited resources, demonstrate business acumen and a solutions mindset, rapidly assimilate and apply new information or knowledge, and demonstrate creativity and ingenuity in developing solutions to difficult delivery problems. This role reports directly to the Executive Director of Business & Clinical Intelligence.Core Competencies 1.
