The Design Technologist is a hands-on Full-Stack Developer responsible for building, maintaining, and modernizing the Foundation’s digital systems. This role works across front-end, back-end, and cloud-based platforms and collaborates with Graphic Design, external design firms, and technical consultants to implement and sustain reliable, well-designed solutions. The Design Technologist plays a key role in the organization’s transition from locally hosted legacy systems to Microsoft Azure. While major architectural decisions and migrations will be guided by external consultants, this position serves as the internal technical owner—supporting implementation, integration, and long-term system stability. The ideal candidate brings a strong coder and problem-solver mindset, is comfortable learning new technologies, and understands when to move carefully in production environments. This role values practical judgment, curiosity, and long-term thinking. How We Work We balance modernization with stability.
