Licensed Real Estate Assistant/Administrator

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to join our growing team. In this role,
you will support our agents and clients throughout the buying and selling process. Your responsibilities will
include managing listings, scheduling showings, preparing documents, coordinating marketing efforts, and
ensuring smooth communication between all parties.

The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Strong
customer service skills and the ability to multitask are essential. Experience in real estate or administrative
support is preferred.

A real estate license is highly desirable, as it allows you to assist with client interactions and property
