EEO Compliance Specialist

The EEO Compliance Specialist is responsible for conducting investigations relative to harassment, discrimination, and retaliation complaints. The EEO Compliance Specialist must effectively partner with HR and Operating Management to resolve issues on EEO Compliance matters. Responsibilities may include assisting in the deployment of HR Policies and EEO training.
The duties also include preparing and/or creating investigative reports/records within the Company's case management system and assisting in the creation of weekly ad hoc reports for KPI monitoring and tracking. Assist in updates of EEO policies and/or HR Guidelines and Office of General Counsel (OGC) requests for EEO files and/or reports. The successful candidate must be able to exercise independent judgment and meet deadlines in a demanding, high-volume environment.
Additionally, responsibilities will include ad hoc activities assigned within the Diversity and Inclusion realm.
Basic Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 + years HR-related experience and working knowledge of basic HR policies and procedures
  • Strong investigative skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees
  • Integrity and ability to manage confidential information professionally
  • Effective and efficient management and completion of numerous tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in Excel, Power Point, and other Microsoft Office software



Preferred Qualifications:


  • Advanced Degree
  • Academic background in human resources, business management and/or labor relations, and understanding of employment law is highly desirable
  • Labor relations and manufacturing HR experience
  • Discrimination and Harassment Investigation experience
  • Data Analytics Proficiency
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Eager to learn and take on new challenges
  • Demonstrated positive attitude
  • Be an initiative-taker
