We're looking for a dependable Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Associate to assist warehouse management in all areas of the warehouse, including shipping, receiving, material handling, and organization, while maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment.

Pay: $19 - $21 per hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities may vary by location and business needs. All associates are expected to perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Shipping & Picking

• 
  

  Pick and stage orders for shipment

  
  
• 
  

  Separate and prepare materials for shipment

  
  
• 
  

  Load outbound shipments onto trucks

  
  

Receiving

• 
  

  Receive and unload incoming shipments

  
  
• 
  

  Verify deliveries; document shortages or damage and obtain driver acknowledgment

  
  
• 
  

  Complete receiving documentation and system updates

  
  
• 
  

  Track, trace, and update shipment status

  
  
• 
  

  Stock and stage received materials

  
  
• 
  

  Coordinate deliveries and resolve shipping issues or customer concerns

  
  

Warehouse & Housekeeping

• 
  

  Maintain organized, clean, and safe shipping and receiving areas

  
  
• 
  

  Safely organize pallets and support materials

  
  
• 
  

  Communicate warehouse issues to leadership

  
  
• 
  

  Maintain accurate system records

  
  
• 
  

  Coordinate with logistics providers, customer service, and internal teams

  
  
• 
  

  Assist drivers with deliveries as needed (CDL required if driving)

  
  
• 
  

  Comply with company policies, safety procedures, and uniform standards

  
  
• 
  

  Represent the company professionally at all times

  
  
• 
  

  Support company initiatives and work overtime as required
