Practice Manager Sailsbury, MD Pay From: $38 per hour MUST: Experienced Practice Manager 5 plus years of experience as a Practice Manager within a Healthcare setting Must have private practice experience Must be computer savvy, have Microsoft Office Suite experience and EMR experience Must have experience creating financial reports Must have strong practice financial experience Must have experience with Quickbooks Must have experience dealing with health insurance Must have Accounts Receivable experience Must have experience handling and processing payroll DUTIES: Practice Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to the following: Handling staff issues/questions/concerns Oversight of department managers Process Payroll Manage insurance benefit enrollment, updates and termination management Managing staff reimbursements Assist with phone/initial intake interviews Identify and develop new practice policies and initiatives to improve work flow and customer experience Elevate staffing/practice issues to leadership team Office supply ordering and budget management Facility maintenance management Provide ongoing customer service training for staff Managing/oversight of the onboarding process (in coordination with department manager) Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
