What You'll Do:

  • Process end-to-end production of multiple payrolls in multiple Countries including, Canada, Trinidad & Tobago, and United States.
  • Support and deliver Payroll reconciliations and reporting requirements.
  • Strong Knowledge of Federal and Provincial legislation to ensure compliance.
  • Respond timely to employee and department inquiries.
  • Mentor and train Payroll Administrators/Coordinators.
  • Collaborate with other functional departments for process reviews and optimization.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities, such as process documentation, identifying opportunities for improvement, and participating in problem solving.
  • Maintain broad knowledge of Time Systems.
  • Support payroll/time system testing.
  • Manage year end processes (T4, T4A, W2, TD4).
  • Demonstrated self-motivation, analytical, problem-solving skills, and initiative to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working with both internal and external stakeholders in a multi-tasking, deadline oriented, team environment.
  • Solution-oriented with demonstrated ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, peers, and team members.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Bring:

  • 4+ years' experience producing full cycle, in the delivery of payroll in a large complex organization or a variety of payroll environments (3,000+ employees).
  • Working experience with SAP payroll is required.
  • Work experience with SuccessFactors and Workforce Suite would be considered an asset.
  • Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Strong analytical skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

The salary range for this role, in Loveland, CO, is between $65,300 - $111,900. While we provide this range as general guidance, several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, candidate skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, work location, and other business and organizational needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.
