Your Mission

You will define the first and last impression of the resort.



  • Operational Excellence: Lead the Hotel, Front Office, and Transportation teams with a focus on coordination and high-touch service.
  • The Gold Standard: Guarantee 100% Guest Satisfaction by proactively solving challenges and implementing world-class service strategies.
  • Strategic Leadership: Set clear goals, mentor your management team, and foster a culture of high morale and professional growth.
  • Financial Savvy: Master the reservations forecast and revenue controls to maximize occupancy and yield, while managing budgets and P&L like a pro.

What You Bring to the Table



  • Experience: 5+ years of leadership in hotel/resort or rental management.
  • Education: High School diploma required; College Degree preferred.
  • Skills: Strong P&L analysis, team building, and a talent for personalized guest service.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays to support our peak resort operations.
