As an ARMO Assistant Supervisor, you are overseeing repair and maintenance operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and product quality. You are monitoring processes, analyzing QC results, and recommending adjustments to maintain operational efficiency. You are operating plant equipment, managing workflows, and supporting team development while driving continuous improvement across all maintenance activities.

As an ARMO Assistant Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

* Leading repair and maintenance activities while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational standards.

* Monitoring plant processes and recommending adjustments based on QC analysis.

* Operating all plant equipment and ensuring proper functionality.

* Performing required transactions within the manufacturing database to maintain accurate records.

* Driving team performance and fostering a culture of safety and quality.

To be successful in this role you will:

* Have a High School Diploma or equivalent.

* Have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in repair and maintenance (R&M).

* Have full understanding of processes, procedures, and safety risks associated with plant operations.

* Have proficiency in manufacturing database transactions and equipment operations.

Desired Characteristics (Preferred):

* Have leadership experience and ability to mentor team members effectively.
