67610 Job Title: Packaging Operator I (POP I) Pay Rate: Day Shift - $19.50 Night Shift - $20.50 Shift Schedule: 12 hrs., 6am - 6pm or 6pm - 6am with a 2, 2, 3-day rotation (times are approximate) 90-day probationary period, upon successful completion and certification as a POP II, will receive an additional $1 PURPOSE OF THE JOB The Packaging Operator I role is an entry level production role at the Mt. Vernon facility assisting the manufacturing process for insulation. This role is responsible for packaging, cleaning, and relieving team members for breaks. This role will primarily work in the production area. Employees will cross train in three key areas - packaging, shipping/receiving, and quality. Once certified in all 3 areas, will qualify for POP II. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
