We are seeking an experienced, bilingual (English/ Spanish) Human Resources Manager to support our manufacturing operations by aligning HR practices with business objectives. As a strategic advisor and employee advocate, the HR Manager will work closely with plant leadership to improve organizational performance, employee engagement, and workforce capability. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, proactive, and experienced in the unique HR needs of a fast-paced, production-driven environment.

Responsibilities



  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for plant managers and employees.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support workforce effectiveness.
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Support employee relations matters, including investigations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to support talent acquisition and onboarding for plant roles.
  • Lead or support HR initiatives such as employee engagement, communication, and recognition programs.
  • Facilitate employee development, training, and coaching opportunities in partnership with Safety and leadership teams.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Support compensation, benefits administration, and payroll processes in coordination with corporate HR.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and safety-focused workplace culture.



Qualifications

Required

  • BILINGUAL (ENGLISH/SPANISH) IS REQUIRED.

    • Candidates must be able to effectively communicate in both languages to perform the essential functions of this role.


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in employee relations and performance management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build trust and influence across all levels of the organization.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.


Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.



Physical Requirements

  • Ability to walk throughout the plant and office areas for extended periods.
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, and move between office and production environments as needed.
  • Ability to occasionally lift or carry up to 20 pounds.
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, noise levels, and conditions.
