Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour ($20.00 per hour if bilingual in Spanish)

Shift: Rotating Schedule (Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM & Saturdays | 9 AM - 5 PM) Must be able to work until 7 PM on weekdays if needed.

Must be available to train on a different shift for 2 - 3 weeks.

A Day in the Life (Chat Support Style)

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
• Follow established scripts, policies, and compliance standards while personalizing each interaction
• Identify customer needs, resolve issues, or escalate concerns appropriately
• Provide accurate information regarding banking products, services, and account inquiries
• Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately in the system
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
• Build rapport with customers to promote trust and long-term loyalty
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current on systems, procedures, and compliance requirements
