What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
• Monitor and manage dispatch operations, including coordinating communication between personnel and directing responses as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining clear communication with all relevant parties.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of all dispatch activities and incident reports.
• Assist with access control by verifying credentials and monitoring entry points as required for the location.
• Help to deter unauthorized activities by observing and reporting any suspicious behavior or incidents within the logistics and distribution environment.
• Work collaboratively with site staff and Allied Universal team members to support security-related operations and emergency response protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
