Security Officer - Supply Facility Patrol

As a Security Officer - Retail Mall Patrol in Imperial, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol retail and mall locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while creating a welcoming environment for visitors and staff. You will remain visible throughout your assigned area, provide exceptional customer service, and communicate clearly with those you encounter. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding appropriately during emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail or mall location, including both interior and perimeter areas, to help to deter unwanted activity and promote a secure environment.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel and/or client contacts.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and helping to manage the flow of people within the location as needed.
• Support emergency response activities and follow established protocols in the event of fire, medical, or other incidents.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and client site policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
