As a Screener with Allied Universal in a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. What You'll Do:

• Conduct screening of personnel, packages, and/or vehicles entering the logistics and distribution location to help to deter unauthorized access and prohibited items.
• Provide customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and delivery personnel with inquiries and directions while upholding security-related procedures.
• Follow site-specific policies and procedures during routine operations and emergency response situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating as appropriate per protocol.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter security-related issues and monitor for unusual activity.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of screening activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and client protocols.
• Collaborate with site management and Allied Universal supervisors to communicate important information related to security-related operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
