2nd Processing Supervised Lead - Belgravia - Dept 328 Days

Pay Rate: $20.26 per hour

Shift Hours: 9:30am - 6 pm + OT

(Additional $.20 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am)

Includes but is not limited to:

• Responsible for employee rotation, tool tracking, and reporting to supervision of abnormalities within the processing floor
• Responsible for relieving employees on the line for restroom breaks
• Additional duties may be assigned by supervision on an as needed basis

Includes but is not limited to:

• Must be able to communicate in English
• Able to lift up to 50LBS
• Must be able to stand for prolong periods of time (8-10HRS) on a concrete/metal grate floor
• Able to use hand-held tools such as knives, scissors, etc
• Repetitive grasping, reaching, pushing, and pulling arm motions required
• Prefer bilingual (English/Spanish, English/Punjabi, English/Hmong)
• Good overall work and attendance record
• Must have good interpersonal skills and work well with others on the line
• Maintain management standards
