Job Description Pay Range: $93,825 to $117,275 per year. Under the guidance of the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Manager Trainee is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing all aspects of the maintenance department. This includes managing the maintenance of equipment, facilities, and infrastructure, as well as overseeing projects to improve operational efficiency and reliability. The role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership, and technical expertise to ensure the organization's assets are properly maintained and optimized. Essential Functions:
