Description

Salary Range: $78,850-$98,575 per year

Essential Job Functions:



  • Support SG&A and other COGS budget preparation.
  • Conduct analyses and prepare periodic SG&A and other COGS reports.
  • Assist and support in the daily management of the Company's cash position as well as short- and long-term forecasting of cash flows.
  • Analyze interest and bank fees, versus periodic budgets.
  • Support all other treasury responsibilities (debt repricing, LC issuance, signatories, bank account management, etc).
  • Analyze and report weekly inventory weekly target and actual inventory balances.
  • Other responsibilities include overseeing retirement plan requirements, collecting data for insurance policy renewals, managing claims, conducting periodic analyses of Workers' Compensation reserves, and handling various incidental tasks.

  • Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:


  • B.S. in Finance or Accounting.
  • Minimum 4 years finance/accounting experience; FP&A experience is preferred.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Must have strong system skills to be able to work in various software platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and must be detail-oriented.
  • Highly organized with excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously, and produce consistently high results.
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivated desire to get things done.
