DMI, LLC is seeking a Client Service Asset Management Lead.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform IT hardware asset management functions and responsibilities within a large enterprise environment.
• Apply ITIL-based practices to support IT asset lifecycle management and software license management.
• Maintain oversight of asset inventory and reporting to support operational and financial optimization.
• Analyze asset data to identify trends, optimize spending, and report on asset status.
• Resolve unexpected IT challenges through effective problem-solving.
• Manage complex asset lifecycle tasks using strong organizational and project management skills.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear and effective communication.
• Utilize IT asset management software, inventory management tools, and data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel.

Education and Years of Experience:

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience performing IT hardware asset management functions and responsibilities in a large enterprise environment.

Required Skills/Certiciations:

• ITIL v4 Foundation required.
• Knowledge Base: Strong understanding of IT asset lifecycle management and software license management.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to quickly resolve unexpected IT challenges.
• Project Management Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills to handle complex asset lifecycle tasks.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data to identify trends, optimize spending, and report on asset status.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with IT asset management software, inventory management, and data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Skills/Certifications:

• ITIL v4 Leader, Strategist, or Specialist or ITIL v3 Intermediate certification
• Certified Hardware and Software Asset Management
• IAITAM
• CAMP

Additional Requirements: Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation and/or a Public Trust clearance.
