Join Associated Bank as an AIS Operations Processing Specialist, where you'll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of brokerage and investment account operations. This position supports front-office partners and helps deliver a seamless client experience. Key Accountabilities

  • Review and process new account documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Evaluate and complete account maintenance and service requests with a focus on timeliness and precision.

  • Communicate clearly with internal partners to resolve not in good order (NIGO) items and prevent processing delays.

  • Support front-office colleagues by providing guidance on operational procedures, systems, and product offerings.

  • Monitor and review trades, money movement requests, and exceptions to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.

  • Process checks and securities in accordance with regulatory standards and maintain accurate transaction records.

  • Investigate and resolve transaction issues by partnering with vendors and internal teams.

  • Maintain and update procedures while supporting training for new team members.

Education & Experience

Required:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in financial services

  • 1+ years of experience in financial services

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics

  • 3+ years of experience in brokerage operations

  • Series 7 and/or Series 66 licenses (or ability to obtain within 2 years)
