Type of Opportunity: Full time FTE: 1.00 Job Exempt: No Work Shift: Days (United States of America)

Responsibilities:

As an Outpatient LPN you will deliver highquality nursing care in a family clinic setting, contributing to patient assessment and supporting providers within the LPN scope of practice. This role administers prescribed treatments and medications, assists with procedures, and documents patient needs, actions, and responses. The LPN monitors changes in condition, communicates concerns promptly, and helps create a compassionate, patientcentered environment that supports comfort, healing, and an exceptional care experience.

  • Provide direct patient care, including treatments, procedures, and medication administration within the LPN scope of practice.
  • Assist nurses and providers during exams and clinical procedures, ensuring safe and efficient care delivery.
  • Document patient condition, care provided, and followup needs accurately in the medical record.
  • Monitor patient status, recognize changes, and report concerns promptly to the RN or provider.
  • Support a compassionate, patientcentered environment by applying Exceptional Patient Experience principles in all interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum New graduate or experienced nurse from an accredited practical nursing program
  • Licensed Practical Nurse NM
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • BLS
