This role sits at the center of strategic decision-making. You will help shape business strategy, improve performance, and enable leaders to make data-informed decisions. The work is highly visible and directly influences critical business functions across a global enterprise.

What you'll do:



  • Lead research and strategy development for key business functions, translating complex challenges into clear, actionable plans
  • Drive strategic analysis to identify performance optimization opportunities and ensure strong execution across initiatives
  • Support targeting and measurement workflows, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver projects accurately and on time
  • Partner with functional and product leaders to operationalize strategic recommendations and ensure successful implementation
  • Gather and synthesize large volumes of information to develop strong business recommendations
  • Identify systemic issues across business functions and design programs and processes that deliver durable solutions
  • Structure ambiguous business problems for leadership, defining requirements and building business and technical justifications
  • Analyze trends related to the future of work, integrating business and technology strategy into practical actions
  • Manage end-to-end workstreams for key initiatives, driving alignment and execution speed
  • Contribute to processes for setting functional goals, running business reviews, and managing annual planning and budgets


Required skills and experience:



  • Strong background in business insights and analytical problem-solving
  • Experience leading or supporting change management initiatives
  • Solid understanding of business operations and functional workflows
  • Excellent questioning and discovery skills to uncover root issues
  • Experience defining, tracking, and analyzing KPIs
  • Proven stakeholder management and leadership influence skills
  • Advanced data analysis capabilities
  • End-to-end project management experience
  • Negotiation experience
  • Background in systems analysis and process optimization
