Security Officer - Automotive Access Coordinator

As a Security Officer - Automotive Access Coordinator in Claycomo, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol automotive industry locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing outstanding customer service. Your visible presence and routine patrols contribute to a secure environment for employees and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Assist with access control procedures at the location, monitoring entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access.
• Provide customer service by communicating with visitors, employees, and contractors, following site-specific protocols.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as needed according to site guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate records and logs of all access control activities and security-related incidents as required by site policy.
• Support emergency response activities and assist with implementing site-specific procedures during critical events.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to maintain a secure environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
