As a Security Officer - Logistics Access Driver in Stockton, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Access Control professional with Allied Universal in a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. Your presence and communication skills will help maintain a secure environment for personnel and assets. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. What You'll Do:

• Control access to the distribution facility by verifying credentials and monitoring entry and exit of personnel, visitors, and vehicles.
• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, addressing questions and/or concerns from staff and visitors.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location, including the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized access and suspicious activity.
• Monitor surveillance equipment and report any security-related concerns or irregularities to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel.
• Document all security-related incidents, observations, and activities in daily reports and logs as required by site procedures.
• Assist with emergency response activities, such as evacuations or medical incidents, when appropriate and as directed by Allied Universal or site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
