***This is a fully onsite position based out of our Brentwood, Los Angeles, CA office.***

About the role:

We are seeking a high-performing Senior Financial Analyst to join a top-producing California multifamily advisory team. This hybrid role combines advanced underwriting, transaction execution, marketing oversight, and operational leadership.

You will partner directly with the team leader and senior brokers, serving as the operational backbone of the platform-driving deal execution, managing workflows, and ensuring exceptional client delivery from pitch to closing.

In this role, you will:

  • Underwrite multifamily assets using Excel (ARGUS a plus); build valuation, scenario, and sensitivity models

  • Analyze operating statements, rent rolls, debt structures, and capital markets trends

  • Lead offering memorandums, pitch materials, and marketing initiatives

  • Manage transactions from LOI through escrow close

  • Oversee CRM, deal pipeline tracking, and operational systems

  • Coordinate analysts, marketing resources, vendors, and transaction timelines

  • Implement scalable processes that support growth and consistency.

What you bring:

  • 3+ years of commercial real estate underwriting or transaction experience (multifamily preferred)

  • Advanced Excel proficiency; strong financial modeling capabilities

  • Strong understanding of valuation, capital markets, and debt structures

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Highly organized with exceptional communication and leadership skills

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment

Pursuant to state/local law, Colliers is disclosing the following information:

Area/Location Specific: Onsite - Los Angeles, CA (Brentwood)

Approximate salary range for this Role: $104,408 - $130,000 USD

Additional variable bonus participation is available and determined by experience and performance on the job.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
