Position Summary
The primary duties of the Research Technician are to support the production and characterization of designed proteins that will be components of a dengue vaccine. Proteins will be produced as secreted protein from cells and purified with a variety of chromatography steps.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
Demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work.
Required Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience
Ability to follow research protocols and document results in a laboratory notebook.
Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience
Completion of an undergraduate laboratory class in biochemistry.
