Network Engineering Specialist

FTTH Project Management:
* Lead and manage all FTTH tasks/projects, including manual report creation / monitoring/ tracking from multiple systems
* Identifying and resolving FTTH Engineering pre-build/RFS roadblocks.
* Respond to daily escalations and coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders.
* Create and maintain documentation best processes and lead training efforts.
* Manage our teams internal FTTH trackers and reporting (currently manual).
* Assign and distribute Sitetracker jobs/tickets to vendors and FTR for Cut Section - Prebuild, RFS, Jumpers.
* Conduct FTTH/DPI audits and report result upon reconciliation of records.
* Assign, track, manage, report manually on FTTH jumper status, Dispatch, CO Tech, pending/completion, and roadblock
* Tracking OLT NER status
* Serve as the Primary Project Manager during month-end workload peaks, ensuring completion and resolving fallout issues.

Engineering Data & Analysis:
* Manually Pull and Manage Engineering DOR tracking/data and FDH threshold tracking/data daily.
* Assign and distribute Sitetracker jobs/tickets to external vendors and internal FTR various stakeholders.
* Provide summary analysis for required actions and roadblock resolution daily - with manual creation of formal reporting monthly
* Identify and provide resolution for roadblocks
* Conduct Tracker /DPI audits and report result upon reconciliation of records.
* Monitor, follow up, and assign tasks for FDH threshold management (splitter adds, FDH consolidations) - ensure timely updates/completions daily.
* Create manual reports to track capital engineering charges against Budget CC218 Jus code 77 spend.

Scorecards, Metrics & Financial Reporting:
* Analyze monthly SLA/Metrics for Cut Section and Plant Damage scorecards.
* Manually Pull various system data - compile results manually creating monthly scorecards for Metrics/Objectives for Cut Section / Plant Damage
* Track monthly org/finance review data and prepare slides to cover both CC218 and CC446 budget (OT, Headcount HR employee status and Outside Services costs.
* Track Cut Section/ Plant Damage / Assignment headcount, OT, and outside vendor charges; produce manual monthly reporting for finance.
* Outside services - manual audit work assigned against vendor invoicing identify gaps and manually track monthly $ against forecasted budget - manually creating reporting/ PowerPoint documents to Finance etc.
* Manage Sitetracker job/ticket assignment, follow-up, completion resolution, and manually create reporting for Engineering GIS and Cut Section DPI posting completion.

Leadership Support & Organizational Management:
* First point of contact for various project support lead for my 3 Directors (Plant Damage/ Cut Section/Assignment) and myself.
* Manage monthly org chart updates, reconcile HR and finance data, and distribute finalized charts.
* Prepare and update PowerPoint presentations for Cut Section, Assignment, and Plant Damage teams.
* Support monthly MOR slides and finance presentations, including:
* Expense budgets (CC218 & CC466)
* OT hours and costs
* Vendor budget exercises (Cyient, Innover)
* Cut Section, Plant Damage & Assignment scorecards
* Headcount and outside services tracking
