Responsible for the daily supervision and organization of assigned operations personnel in order to effectively and efficiently accomplish job tasks in line with departmental and National Grid requirements. Translates functional policy by managing day to day operations to drive greater efficiencies within their own team and ensure safety across processes, pipelines and people. Manages crews and is responsible for their productivity. Responsible for ensuring that safety and compliance procedures are followed. Key Accountabilities

As such, the Company's testing programs and policies regarding the use of federally prohibited drugs or alcohol, for recreational or medical purposes, will remain in effect for these safety-sensitive, DOT covered positions.
