Pay Range: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00

Job Summary

InPower is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Houston manufacturing facility, where we design and build mission-critical switchgear and motor control systems for clients across diverse industries. In this role, you'll be the central orchestrator of complex electrical projects from order to delivery, ensuring our customers receive world-class products on time and on budget. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations and working with a dedicated two-person project team, you'll work at the intersection of engineering excellence, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on role where your decisions directly impact both our production floor and our client relationships.

Job Responsibilities

* Manage and coordinate activities with operations, engineering, supply chain, and relevant stakeholders.

* Build achievable plans for executions and identify constraints while proposing solutions to meet or exceed on time requirements.

* Provide continual evaluation of department processes, methods, and activities ensure more effective use of resources and equipment.

* Proactively communicates anticipated late deliveries for all customer orders per management guidelines.

* Ensure system data is continuously update with accurate lead times.

* Oversee review of purchase orders and maintain work order dates to adhere to metrics set by the organization.

* Support the Lean manufacturing culture with short and long-term continuous improvement strategies and activities that develop, evaluates, and drives improvement in process methods and procedures.

* Key metrics of success: net promoter score, on time delivery, on budget.

Job Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or equivalent experience

* 5+ years of experience in manufacturing project management , ideally in the electrical industry.

* Demonstrated leadership experience.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment efficiently.
