Program Manager, School of Music
Job Summary The School of Music Program Manager will assist the Director of the School of Music with the daily operation of the school and development of new programs and initiatives. The Manager serves as the primary liaison between the Director and faculty, registered students, and the general public. With responsibility for the provision of an efficient and organized administration service that sustains the smooth running of the school. The job holder is also required, on occasions, to represent the School of Music at a variety of community and professional events. Job Responsibilities Include
Oversee the daily operations of the Music School including student registrations and patron liaison, correspondence, monitoring room set-ups and other general programming support as needed.
Experience, Education, & Skills Desired
Work Environment & Requirements 40 hours per week. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 9am to 6pm, Tuesday 10am to 7pm, with a 1-hour unpaid meal break Application Instructions Interested applicants should forward a resume and a cover letter with salary requirements.
