Notle Precise Manufacturing Position Title: Machine Operator Cincinnati, OH Company Vision: To be an industry expert for supplying precision machined components and assemblies to OEMs in the U.S.A. Primary Job Duties: * Operate one or more previously set up machines. * Loading supplied programs. * Run production to productivity and quality standard. * Make adjustments and perform tool changes (Note: operator must demonstrate command of this expectation prior to making adjustments without supervision). All operators are expected to obtain this ability. * Complete daily maintenance and 5S standards. * Communicate work status. * Follow policies and procedures, Vision, Values, Principles, and Philosophies. * Maintain acceptable attendance. * Any specifically assigned task. Knowledge & Skill Requirements: * A proven track record in operation of CNC machines. * Must be able to use tools, equipment, and work aids, such as precision gauges and measuring instruments. * Demonstrated competency in various materials, tooling, and processes. * Have excellent mechanical and problem-solving skills. * Must be able to gather information on job processes and report back to management with process improvements. * Shop math (i.e. add, subtract, multiply, divide, fractions, decimals, percentages) * Must possess blueprint reading skills, including GD&T. * Technical School certificate/degree preferred. Physical Requirements: * Lifting up to 50lbs, including bending, twisting, crouching, etc. * Must be able to stand for 10 hour work shift * Must be able to work with oils/coolants * Must be able to work in noisy environment | |
