  • Salary: Based on experience (range from $35.97/hr to $44.01/hr).


    • Journeyman Millwright: $35.97/hr
    • Limited Maintenance Electrician: $40.09/hr
    • Manufacturing Plant Electrician: $42.01/hr
    • Supervising Electrician: $44.01/hr

Responsibilities:



  • Perform maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and steam systems.
  • Work as part of a team to improve productivity and reduce downtime.
  • Follow safety procedures.
  • Must be willing to work different shifts, including weekends.


Qualifications:



  • Passion for a safe work environment.
  • At least 1 year of experience repairing industrial equipment.
  • Ability to read blueprints, charts, and manuals.
  • Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems (e.g., pumps, gearboxes, fans).
  • Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to pursue additional training.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Journeyman Electrical License or Limited Maintenance Electrician License.


  • 2-5 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, or similar maintenance roles.
  • Journeyman Millwright card or technical degree.
  • Ability to obtain a Limited Maintenance Electrician license within 3 years.
  • Experience with PLCs and industrial machinery.


Skills:



  • Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be capable of acquiring skills in both mechanic and electrician roles.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a noisy environment.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS




  • Starting salary for position: $35.97- $44.01 per hour.
  • Bonus: Annual - Based upon achievement of plant performance metrics.
  • Paid Vacation: 2 weeks per calendar year. Pro-rata Vacation during the initial year of hire based upon start date within the calendar year.


  • Paid Holidays.
  • Within the first 30 days of employment, an employee (and their dependents) is eligible to enroll in certain benefit coverages -- medical, dental, and vision - and are automatically enrolled in life, AD&D, and disability coverages.
  • Upon hire, an employee is automatically enrolled in the 401k plan. The plan offers both pre-tax and Roth contribution options along with employer provided matching contributions.
