Additional information can be found at www.ttm.com Scope: The Process Engineering Supervisor is responsible coordinating all engineering activities within their area of responsibility necessary to produce quality product and meet objectives. Responsible for the overall supervision of their team, including directing and coordinating efforts to meet production requirements in support of the production plan. Works to optimize their functional focus areas by working with the manufacturing team through continuous improvement processes. Works closely with the Engineering Manager to meet throughput goals, yield objectives, customer expectations for deliver and quality, and any assigned projects. Team responsibilities include definition of process requirements and limitations, process instructions, set-up requirements and procedures, process control parameters, and process improvements. This includes application engineering of processes developed by suppliers that are planned for use at TTM, installation of these processes and or equipment, establishment of operating conditions to produce TTM product, daily monitoring of process conditions, and performing failure mode effect analysis to determine failure points of the process. Will be working in a chemical environment and exposed to potentially hazardous chemistries while performing daily job duties. Will undergo Chemical Handling training prior to the start of performing these duties and will actively participate in ongoing hazardous waste and chemical handling training. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $82,631 - $137,719Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment. Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location.
