Telecom - Technical Product Manager Remote EST Working Hours 9 AM - 5 PM Summary: This product manager will work within a large telecommunications company. The team is seeking an individual who can take an idea through discovery, design, development, and testing. A successful product manager is someone who can collaborate with technical engineers, UX designers, and with the users. Someone who can pivot a technical conversation to working with users. Job Description * Responsible for identifying and creating product requirements and taking ownership from initial concept through delivery. * Will need to understand existing processes and how they will impact the end customers and create new approaches. * Works closely with large organizations and cross-functional teams. * It is important they will be able to understand customer behavior and needs then translate that into product requirements. * Ability to dive dep into technical considerations as needed. * This product is a soft tool that allows frontline users (field technicians, and their support). to diagnose what is going on in the network. Additional Skills & Qualifications * Minimum of 2+ years of experience in the Product Owner/Manager space. * Experience working on large teams and cross functionally. * Smartsheet and Jira * Telecom experience is preferred. Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Philadelphia, PA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
