Overview
The DTS Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, performance, and strategic direction of DTS Operations Teams. They ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of enterprise systems and databases, while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. They apply strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent problem-solving skills, and attention to detail to proactively identify, communicate, and resolve issues to maximize the benefit of systems investments. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Passing the Driver's License Check and/or Credit Check (for those positions requiring). Passing the WI Caregiver Background Check and/or IL Health Care Workers Background Check. Must be able to follow written/oral instructions.
