Description

The Sales Enablement Specialist supports the development and delivery of digital learning and sales enablement experiences. Working closely with the enablement team, this role contributes to content creation, supports the administration of our Learning Management System (LMS), and helps track adoption and performance of learning initiatives. It is a hands-on role ideal for someone eager to grow in enablement and digital learning.

The Sales Enablement Specialist will support Avaya's transition from its legacy LMS (TSX) to a modern enablement platform (Docebo), assisting with operational tasks, content migration, and enhancement of the user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and support the creation of engaging sales enablement content (presentations, job aids, playbooks, microlearning videos, etc.).

  • Refresh existing materials to make them more interactive, visually engaging, and aligned to brand.

  • Administer LMS, including user accounts, roles, and content/course uploads.

  • Serve as first-line support for platform users, managing helpdesk tickets and escalating when needed.

  • Support content lifecycle management, including course publishing, tagging, and archiving.

  • Track and report on key adoption metrics (e.g., usage, learner progress) that informs program effectiveness.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support enablement initiatives.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience supporting LMS or sales enablement platforms (e.g., Docebo).

  • Strong content creation skills (PowerPoint, narrative structuring, microlearning videos).

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Ability to work proactively, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience .

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of audiences, including handling critical student concerns and complaints professionally.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and self-directed.

  • Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, MS Project, database applications).

  • Strong attention to detail and practical judgment.

  • Willingness to work in a hybrid, near-office, or virtual setup.

  • Strong English skills (oral and written).
